Multi-agent commission-split engine with franchise overrides and per-agent caps, broker compliance review of transactions and disclosures, trust-account / escrow oversight, broker-level MLS conformance review. Only deployed when the brokerage has grown past informal-broker-supervision scale (typically 10+ agents).
