A ready-to-use app for desktop and mobile, in the browser, with nothing to install. Each person sees only their part, and people sign in with their Google or Microsoft 365 account.

## Approvals that hold

Quotes, purchase requests and client sign-offs move only through the steps you set, and only the right person can move them on. Every change is on record: who made it, person or agent, and when.

## Bring your data with you

Export what you have today from your CRM, your project tool or your spreadsheets, and your agent imports it into your new model, for example from CSV files. There are no built-in connectors to other tools; with incoming webhooks on Pro, new events can arrive in real time.

## A price that doesn't grow per seat

- **Plans:** Free is open now, for up to 5 users, people and agents. Starter ($24 a month) and Pro ($45 a month) open soon, not priced per user, with no surprise charges. Your Free workspace upgrades in place.
- **Limits:** you get a warning first. At its limits, a workspace pauses with all your data kept, until the next month's credits arrive. On paid plans, you can also top up or move to a larger plan.
- **Who helps:** Free: the documentation. Starter and Pro: support.
- **Spending:** limited to the credits you hold.
- **Backups:** in the cloud, with point-in-time restore coming soon.
