Applicant Tracking System

An applicant tracking system used by an in-house recruiting team to manage open job requisitions, the candidates considered for them, and the full hiring funnel from application through interviews to offer. Primary users are recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers; the system records who applied for what, where they are in the pipeline, what feedback interviewers gave, and what offers were extended and accepted.

Product Roadmap

A product-roadmap planning system. Product managers capture incoming feature requests, change requests, bugs, and tech-debt items as `features`, score them with RICE (reach × impact × confidence ÷ effort), align them to strategic `objectives`, and schedule the committed work into `releases`. Stakeholders contribute through `feature_votes` and `comments`; `tags` provide cross-cutting categorization.

SaaS Expense Tracker & Budget

An internal SaaS spend management system that records the company's SaaS subscriptions (the app, the vendor, the commercial terms, and the contract details on a single record), the departments that own the spend, the budgets planned against them, and which internal users consume seats. Finance and IT use it to track planned vs. expected spend, allocate costs to departments, detect unused licenses, and manage upcoming renewals.

Zero-Based Budgeting

A budgeting platform implementing Peter Pyhrr's Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) methodology: every cost-centre owner rebuilds their budget from zero each cycle by submitting **decision packages** (discrete activities or expenditures), each with multiple **funding levels** (minimum, current, enhanced) and a granular cost breakdown. Packages are ranked within their cost centre, reviewed through an explicit approval workflow, and the chosen funding level becomes the funded amount. The model captures the planning artefacts (cycles, packages, levels, costs) and the governance artefacts (rankings, approval actions, role assignments) but does not model actuals, variance analysis, or downstream GL postings — those live in upstream/downstream finance systems.
